Wear shorts and a sports bra or crop top - you need some skin showing to grip the pole! Athletic shorts or dance shorts work perfectly. Bring a water bottle and hair ties to keep hair back. We provide grip aids and cleaning supplies for the poles.

Smaller groups often choose the 1-hour session, while for groups of 10 or more, we recommend the 1.5-hour package to give everyone more time to learn the moves. You'll get a professional instructor, fun warm-up, and learn an iconic routine to classic pole dancing hits. We provide the sound system and all equipment - just bring yourselves and your energy! There are photo opportunities throughout, so you'll have plenty of memories to take away.

Classes are held in specialist pole fitness studios in Leeds city centre, just 5-10 minutes from the train station. We use professional venues with static and spinning poles, crash mats, and mirrors. All locations have nearby parking and are close to bars and restaurants. Perfect for continuing your celebrations! We can also bring portable poles to your private venue if preferred.
Prices start from £130 for a 1-hour session or £155 for 1.5 hours (instructor only). Venue hire is from £30. With groups of 15+, the hen goes FREE! We only need a £50 deposit to secure your booking, with the balance due one month before. Excellent value for an empowering, unique experience that everyone will remember!
Book as early as possible, especially for Saturday afternoons which are most popular. We're available 7 days a week between 10am-8pm. Peak season (May-September) books up quickly, so secure your date with just a £50 deposit. The good news? You can adjust numbers up to one month before your event!
